"Swiss Partner with a distributed software development team is looking for a Junior, Mid-Level, or Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join their team on a full-time basis."

Required Skills:

• Experience including manual and automated testing.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Experience with at least one of the test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.).
• Familiarity with defect-tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter).
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) is a plus.
• Experience in agile development environments.
